Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your custom card game. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Digital Deck Generation ($9.99)

Each digital deck purchase is a one-time payment that covers the creation of custom card art and designs for your deck.

  • Eligible for refund within 7 days of purchase if the card generation process fails to complete, produces substantially unusable results, or if you are otherwise unsatisfied with the output.
  • Before requesting a refund, we encourage you to use the included revision credits to regenerate cards that don't meet your expectations.
  • Refund requests made more than 7 days after purchase will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Physical Print Orders ($29.99)

Physical card decks are printed and shipped by our print partner, The Game Crafter.

  • Defective prints: If your printed cards arrive with manufacturing defects (misprints, damaged cards, missing cards), we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
  • Shipping issues: If your order is lost in transit or arrives significantly damaged, we will work with the print provider to resolve the issue, including replacement or refund.
  • Dissatisfaction with print quality: Refunds for general dissatisfaction with print quality (color variation, paper feel, etc.) are subject to The Game Crafter's quality standards and policies and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
  • Physical print refunds do not cover the digital deck generation fee, which is a separate purchase.

How to Request a Refund

Please include:

  • Your account email address
  • The deck name or order details
  • A description of the issue (screenshots are helpful for print defects)

Processing Time

  • Refund requests are typically reviewed within 2 business days.
  • Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Stripe within 5-10 business days.
  • Physical print replacements are subject to production and shipping times.
